The Zen Zone is Parkstone’s new purpose built, dedicated Holistic Centre and Yoga Studio. Situated at the Branksome end of Ashley Road in Davis Road (just behind GuitarMania and next to the Salvation Army Hall).
The Ground Floor has 3 themed, well equipped Therapy Rooms while the first floor contains the Yoga Studio. There is a quiet-zone waiting area with a specialist boutique that offers carefully selected items, books, CDs and gifts to enhance your personal well-being and environment.
A wide range of Holistic Therapies are provided by fully trained and qualified therapists and in the Studio, there are regular Yoga and Tai Chi classes available to suit all levels of student. On Friday evenings there is a Singing & Chanting for Fun session and Pilates classes are scheduled to start in the new year.
